What is an artist statement? An artist's brief description of their work. What is the MESSAGE (what will their piece be about? What message are they trying to convey) and what is the MEDIUM (Film? Photography? Skit? etc.)

It’s a good topic to show the audience that not all countries have the same amount of equal rights as women. In terms of women in poorer countries they don’t have the same rights as women in Canada.

Not sure if this was with the same two classes, but if it was, we looked at infographs during the PowerPoint/Successful Presentations workshop that we did in January (examples where provided in the handout that was uploaded on the class website).
